WESTERN HOSPITALITY AWARD NOMINATION FORM.doc HOUSING FUNDING: The Wyoming Community Development Authority (WCDA) has announced the availability of approximately $4,916,000 in HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funds for the new construction or rehabilitation of rental housing, Homebuyer Assistance Programs for homeownership (Down Payment Assistance, Gap financing, etc.) and homeowner rehab programs. In addition, approximately $1,896,000 in Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program funding is available. Applications for each of these programs may be downloaded from the WCDA webpage at www.wyomingcda.com or hardcopies may be obtained by contacting the WCDA office at 307-265-0603.
